In Canada there is no program of core support for biosphere reserves. All 16 Canadian Biosphere Reserves seek funding and in-kind support through grants, bursaries, contribution agreements and donations.
At Redberry Lake Biosphere Reserve your contribution will immediately support our work and result in projects that benefit our unique environment as well as the local community and the education of kids and adults.

Volunteer with us
Join us and contribute some of your time and expertise to the Redberry Lake Biosphere Reserve and the surrounding communities and environment. You are a naturalist, local artist or you want to help us maintaining the Interpretive Centre and attracting more visitors - we appreciate your efforts. Come to our Workshops
In collaboration with our partners we offer different kinds of workshops all year round. Especially for farmers, there are hands-on as well as information seminars. Have a look what events are planned. And don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any wishes or ideas about workshops or events.
Improve your Farming
Through the Agri-Environmental Group Plan (AEGP) producers can receive funding when implementing environment-friendly practices. To help with the whole process, our AEGP Technician can come out on your farm. Call us if you are interested!
